Adrian Ong is a Founding Director of Beta and a Bachelor of Architecture and Environment Science graduate with over 20 years of experience across international firms, boutique studios, and his own practice. He has led and delivered numerous architectural and interior projects and has won multiple design awards for his work, recognised for blending strong design vision with practical execution. Alongside his professional practice, Adrian has served as an Adjunct Design Lecturer, mentoring the next generation of designers. His strengths lie in strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and creating meaningful, enduring spaces.

Ong Chuon-Ren is a Director of Beta Design and Build Pte. Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering B. Eng (Hons) from University College, London as well as a Master Degree in Concrete Structures M.Sc, DIC. from Imperial Collage London.
He has designed and managed construction of numerous government and institutional projects in Singapore.
He also possesses extensive experience in Marine and Offshore vessel construction and has managed the construction of several drilling jack-ups and semi submersibles, as well as FPSO construction.
Chuon-Ren is a Senior Member of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore and Associate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineer, United Kingdom.
